Many people complain that they have difficulties getting enough sleep.

I think the cause of this


problem is stressed and overthinking. We can solve this problem with happy and calm mind. So I
gonna explain my opinion about what problem can lack of sleep cause and how to fix it.

I think many people in world got overhelming about the job, the carrier, the love and other things.
This make they got exhausted and make more stressed. Because of that our main be overthinking
about anything. We scare about lose the carrier, the love or anything else but it things does not
occur. We got stress when do not have our desire, even in rest momment. For example In the sleep
time, We overthink about what she/he think about me. What i can do for my carrer. and another
monkey mind. This is a bad habit for us

I believe to solve this problem is having a happy and calm mind. With happinnes our brain produce
good hormon to relaxing our body. We can got happy and calm mind with enjoy and be present at
the moment. For example we can do some meditation or when we do some activities just pay
attention for it. We can make it a good habit just change step by step. I believe this is the most
solution for the sleep problem.

In conclusion, there are some reason why people have difficulties getting enough sleep because they
so stressed and overthinking. I believe to solve this problem is having a happy dan calm mind.
