Marking the monoque constructed hatch and intake can be a little difficult as nothing

is straight. To make it easier use the mold. First cut piece to the right length. Then
the height. You know the height you want the piece to be (plans) and you know the
height of the mold, so add those two and mark on the mold. Insert piece and transfer
marks. Do this for both sides and you’ll know where to cut.

Cut intake monoque to the right dimensions. Cut a the 6 mm depron top. The
monoque piece is a bit springy so use the plans for measurements. Two triangular 6
mm depron pieces to simulate the top inner diameter of the intake.
After glueing sand top of intake round.

Cut and bevel splitter so it fits nicely between fuselage and intake. Glue splitter and
intake. Cut two pieces 11G (6mm, use the plans for measurements). Bevel from 6 to
0 mm to get a smooth transition between bottom of wing and 11G.
