Group 5 Main course

HONEY BUTTERED CHICKEN WINGS

Ingredients :
½ kg chicken wings.

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. ground black pepper

⅓ cup cornstarch

⅓ cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

300 ml oil

3-4 tbsp. butter

4 cloves garlic

2 tsp. soy sauce

1/3 cup of sugar

2 tsp. honey

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Procedure :
1. Clean the chicken wings with a sharp knife, cut the joints and remove wing tip.

2. When they are cut, put the wings in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.

3. Add1/3 cup cornstarch and 1/3 cup all purpose flour. Add 2 eggs and mix well.
4. Heat the pan, then add oil. Deep fry the wings until golden brown.

5. Set aside the fried wings for 1 minute. Fry it for the second time to make it more crunchy.

6. On the same pan, remove the oil and melt 3-4 tbsp of butter.

7. On the melted butter put 4 cloves of garlic, then saute.

8. Add 2 tsp. soy sauce.

9. Put 1/3 cup of sugar, then mix.

10. Add 2 tsp honey and mix.

11. Put the chicken then coat it in sauce.

12. Add 1tbsp of sesame seeds and mix.

13. Serve it with mixed vegetables and french fries.

POTATO FRIES

Ingredients :
2 potatoes

⅕ cup vinegar

1 tbsp. cornstarch

Oil

Procedure :
1. Cut the potatoes into strips.
2. Put it in a bowl with water then add ⅕ vinegar, then mix.
3. Put it on a separate bowl with tissue then add 1 tbsp. cornstarch and mix.
4. Deep fry the potatoes until golden brown.
5. Serve.

MIXED VEGETABLES

Ingredients :
Mixed Vegetables (carrots, corn and beans)

2 tbsp. butter

Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedure :

On a pan add 2tbsp off butter, Mixed vegetables and salt and pepper to taste sauté it for
atleast 2 minutes and your done.
