the current hardship produced in the big apple! However my creativity has been hindered

Hello I am writing this notice to inform you that I am renting my house
out to Jon Long, located at 6132 Ludlow st, Philadelphia Pa 19139. He
is a up and coming playwright and also a electrician. I understand
work is slow however he owes $3,500 in back rent. I charge $1,000 a
month. He has paid so far $500 towards atleast May rent. I hope that
you can help.
