WIND ENERGY
1. Describe the main considerations in selecting the site for wind generators.

diameter is 120m with operating speed 40rpm at maximum efficiency. Propeller type wind

at maximum efficiency vi) Maximum axial thrust. Assume R = 0.287kJ/kgK, Efficiency
35%.
