GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 27 (3) of the Co-operative Societies Act, a notice is hereby issued for
the first General Meeting of the Kenya SACCOs Central Liquidity and Shared Services
Co-operative Society Limited (SACCO Central) that shall be held on Thursday, 30th
March 2023 at Sarova Stanley Hotel, Nairobi CBD, starting at 8.00 a.m.
The General Meeting shall be attended by the member SACCOs nominated delegates,
member SACCOs Chief Executive Officers, members of the SACCOs Shared Digital
Services Platform (SDSP) Steering Committee, Technical and Operations Working
Group and invited guests.
The Agenda for the first General Meeting shall be to;
1. Elect SACCO Central’s office bearers for the ensuing years;
2. Determine the maximum borrowing powers of the co-operative society;
3. Consider and approve estimates of income and expenditure for the ensuing
financial year or part thereof;
4. Appoint the co-operative society’s bankers and auditors; and
5. Receive reports and decide upon such other matters as may be necessary for the
conduct of the co-operative society’s business.
6. Any Other Business.
