Benefits of QuickBooks Enterprise

1. User Capacity Is Increased. QuickBooks Premier maxes out at 5 users, [the version we are
currently using], while QuickBooks Enterprise allows availability for up to 30 users on the
company file, and allows you to run more than one company file. This can be incredibly useful if
you plan on expanding your business into multiple branches over time.

2. Elimination of manual data entry. Accounts receivable and accounts payable have increased in
volume due to rising number of customers. More than 10,000 transactions were recorded for the
year ended 2022 which is a good implication. However, the accounting team are having
difficulties, up to the extent that they must spend more time on data entry and reconciliation,
resulting in non-timely reports. Therefore, as the customer is getting higher in numbers, the
process and system should evolve. Through QuickBooks Enterprise, the need for manual data
entry is eliminated and saves time that can be better spent building your business.

3. More data capacity. QuickBooks Enterprise has a company file limit of 1.5 GB, while
QuickBooks Premiere has only 250 MB. When adding additional data into a company file that
has already reached its limit it can result in complete and unrecoverable data loss within the
company file.

4. Advanced Reporting. You get access to QuickBooks Advanced Reporting (QBAR) with the
latest version (v21) of the QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise application. It helps you create
customized business reports that offer you a deeper understanding of your business. By
effectively understanding and analyzing these reports you can make informed and timely business
decisions.
