Motivation
To purchase books Mega Library through a fraction / percentage of the church budget in each
department.

The church library will provide access to books for knowledge and information to the church
member, community and to nourish and strengthen the young minds and the new born in faith as well
as to reach out neighbors for evangelism.

Background
The church is growing and increasing in membership every year. Every time there is a newly
baptized members, it is of great help to nurture such young faith in walking with Christ. It is our main
responsibility to love and uplift each other in faith as family.

Though we have a huge resource in the World Wide Web, not everyone has free easy access to
it. The purchase of this complete Seventh Day Adventist Mega Library which is composed of moral
values and character-building books for children and adult, diet and nutrition health books and other
religious supplementary books - will provide spiritual strength to church members and enlighten
prospected members of the church community as well.

Project Management
Upon the completion of this project the books will be kept intact by the church subject to its
rules and regulation of circulation to be implemented accordingly.

The librarian will open for duty every midweek and vesper meeting and Saturday as directed for
an hour using a borrower's card if there any wants to borrow.
Condition
If ever the borrower cannot comply the requirement, he or she will pay an amount as penalty.
If ever damage or lost, he or she will pay the books.
