Working as an Instrumentation engineer in ongoing De-bottleneck Projects
including Silo in UAIL at Rayagada, Odisha. 
Responsibilities:
 Prepared and submitted project budget and managed scope reports.
 Prepared Instrument list, control description from P&ID, calculated I/O list
based.
 Sent instrument quotation to different vendors and made TBE & TR.
Evaluated and reported to management on vendor drawings and data.
 Clearing technical queries from vendors and gave them manufacturing
clearance.
 Reviewed and commented Hookup diagram, Cable schedule, Junction Box
schedule, Junction box wiring diagram, Cable routing layout, Control room
layout & 3D model.
 Responsible to finalize of DCS, starting from BOM, no. of cards,
communication protocol to graphics, Loop diagram.
 Tracking purchase order to ensure delivery lines in coordination with
construction team.
 For electrical, responsible for Cable, VFD, Earthing, Lighting, LCS equipment
procurement and inspection.
 Responsible for prepare MCC-DCS interconnection cable schedule.
 Providing technical guidance to co-workers.
 Ensured timely completion of work in coordination with other relevant
engineering disciplines.
 Contributed to development processes via interdepartmental monitoring.
