Terms & Conditions:
Terms of payment : Full payment before processing of documents.
Delivery terms : Five (5) days upon recieve of payment (start of processing).
Processing Duration (15-25 days from done installation of Service Entrance Pedestal)
Warranty : Two (2) years against inheret defects from the date of energized
: All materials to be installed are all brandnew and in accordance with DASURECO standard.

Scoop of Work:
1. To coordinate with DASURECO for the installation of distribution transformer
2. Processing of permits and other document required by DASURECO for energization of transformer (37.5kva)
(Signed Electrical Plan with CFEI and Electrical Permit, Brgy. Clearance, Transformer Test Result and Certificate,
Certificate of Energization) *we may need some documents from client as addtional requirement.
3. Supply labor, equipment and materials
4. Delivery of transformer to DASURECO for testing
5. Installation of service entrance, service drop wire and MCB if available
6. Include payment of Permitting fees, Survey / Inspection Fees, Bill Deposit

Notes: Price by quotation may change as content may change depending on the final inspection of Dasureco.
