Fred's first time trying golf but with a coach. The first
time Fred went to the driving range it was a disaster.

He swings and hits the ball but not cleanly.

EVA

FRED
What did it look like?

Fuck if I know but it went up and
away!

Gareth smiles. Gareth puts the ball down in front of Fred's

club and clicks for him.

Feel the club. Take a deep breath.

Fred grips the club. Fred shuts his eyes. Fred swings and
hits the ball but shanks it. Fred rushes to hit the ball and
shanks it again.

FRED
Shit.

GARETH
Slow down. Take another breath and
loosen the shoulders.

Fred loosens his shoulders.

Feel the club.

Fred grips his club.

Don't squeeze it too tight. Be light
on your feet don't stay planted.

FRED
Knees bent?

GARETH
Yeah.

Fred moves his toes and relaxes his knees.
