ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT CLRAA
Central Luzon Regional Athletic Association (CLRAA) Meet 2023 (TENNIS) will kick off at Bulacan on April 24. In line with this, Balanga City, as one of the school
divisions in Central Luzon gathered young athletes that will represent the division in the said annual sporting event.

As preparation, we started our 10-day intensive training of tennis players on April 12, 2023. For the development of skills, our trainer organized practice
drills and a regular individual practice time. Strength, quickness/agility and cardio fitness are also given focus.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT CLRAA
We arrived at Bulacan on April 23, 2023. To avoid burnout muscles, athletes focused their training on cardio workouts and shadowing. They also perform
dynamic stretches and flexibility stretches prior to their competition. In the competition proper, athletes showed improvement on their movements and skills.

We got one bronze medal, and one thing is for sure, this CLRAA Meet opened a doorstep for future glories to come. We should focus more on the time span
of the training process for the stability and strength of the players.
