- Providing registered office address and correspondence address only for Government posts
- This package does not include receipt of any other posts. We will return other mails/parcels to post
office without further notifications
- This package is only available to customers who engaged to our company secretarial services
- Scanning and emailing to the client once per week
 
Package B HK$2,200/US$295 per year

 
- Providing registered office address and correspondence address for Government posts and monthly bank
statements* 
- This package does not include receipt of any other posts besides the Government posts and monthly bank
statements. We will return other mails/parcels to post office without further notifications 
- Scanning and emailing to the client once per week
 
Package C HK$5,000/USD$670 per year HK$2,800/US$375 per 6 months

- Providing registered office address and correspondence address for ALL mails*
- Handling mails and parcels and notifying by email once per week
- Courier arrangement
- Use of conference room at normal rate
 
Package D HK$8,000/US$1,070 per year HK$4,500/US$600 per 6 months

- Providing registered office address and correspondence address for ALL mails*
- Handling mails and parcels and notifying by email/phone as instructed **
- Providing private telephone number
- Answering incoming calls in your company name
- Notifying all incoming calls and messages by email
- Call forwarding service after office hours/upon your request
- Providing fax number and forwarding via email
- Courier arrangement
- Use of conference room at discount rate
 
 
Note: * Incoming Correspondence: Scanning and opening correspondence for package B, C & D, daily handling maximum 5 letters.
If over 5 letters per day, extra HK$1500 will be charged
** Parcel Handling: Our service fee is HK$150 per parcel holding 10 calendar days from the day of parcel received.
Limited dimension: 210mm x 297mm x 300mm. Limited weight: 10kg.
