CHAPTER 1

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The donut is a type of fried dough confectionery. Donut bakers also make oval-shaped

donuts, which are usually flavored in the middle. That our group will resell is not just an

ordinary donut, it has a unique taste than the other. This donut is located at Ungos Integrated

National High school (UINHS) in Ungos, Real Quezon, Philippines. Donut is one of the most

favorite snack foods of Filipinos, Donuts are a favorite snack enjoyed by people of all ages. The

donut we sell comes in two flavors, chocolate and cheese. These flavors are very popular among

people especially in this season.

Delicute Donuts is a student-run business located near the central elementary school. We

specialize in crafting handcrafted and delicious donuts using high-quality ingredients and unique

flavor combinations. Our menu offers a wide variety of freshly made donuts, including seasonal

and limited-time flavors: cheese, and chocolate filling. We prioritize customer satisfaction,

providing exceptional service and ensuring the freshness and quality of our products. Our aim is

to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where donut enthusiasts of all ages can indulge in our

delightful treats.  In addition to the place where we will be standing, our team has planned that

each member would encourage their friends and acquaintances to purchase and sample the

donuts we offer in order to accomplish our goal. 250 pieces of the donut that our group will sell

are anticipated to be consumed in one day, so we can see how many we can sell to our vendor

the next day. Additionally, a steady flow of income is anticipated so that we can use it for

investments as our business expands. 


Our team thought that when it was the second day of our sale, we could move elsewhere.

Moving the area will offer help to the superior to recognize the donut we offer. And when

moving into an unused area, modern clients can be attracted, and they will buy it. In case we

didn't change the places, it would be reduced, and possibly fewer individuals would buy donuts.

Other than donuts, our group created a drink that can be paired with donuts. The drink we made

has one type, it is the iced coffee. This drink was voted by our group whether it is popular among

consumers to make them appreciate eating donuts more. Apart from the fact that we were able to

choose a drink that seemed to go hand in hand with the donut, customers would choose an

unused drink, so iced coffee was the drink we made to go hand in hand with the donuts. Our

group seeks to produce a consistent revenue stream that will allow us to reinvest and create

additional donut flavors and other drinks. If the money from our sales continues, we may start

another business besides reselling donuts and drinks.

President

This person will be the driving force behind the company; he or she will make things

happen, put together the resources to support the company and take the product to the

marketplace.

Vice President
This person is the one who will make sure company operations flow smoothly and

economically. He or she is responsible for making certain that necessary work is done properly

and on time. 

Marketing Manager

A marketing manager may be on staff to handle all aspects related to promoting and

selling the product. The top management person often handles this duty in a small business.

Purchasing Manager

Duties of this position may be filled by either or both the general manager/top

management person and the office manager. The supervisor or lead person often also is involved.

Accountant

The individual filling this role has the responsibility for monthly income statements and balance

sheets, collection of receivables, payroll and managing the cash. 

Product Manager

Professional who combines both product planning and marketing to manage the entire

life cycle of one project. They're responsible for gathering customer requirements and defining

their vision with engineering as well as overseeing product strategy, pricing and positioning

strategies.

Sales Representative
Sells products or services for a company and represents their brand. They manage

relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to

when a purchase is ultimately made.

The idea behind the name represents the core of our business, which is creating delicious

donuts that not only taste fantastic but also have an appealing charm. Delicute Donuts gets its

name from a smart combination of the words "delicate" and "cute." Our donuts are carefully

handmade with a strong regard for detail, producing aesthetically pleasing delights that make

everyone smile. The concept behind the term "Delicute Donuts" is to give our customers a lovely

and endearing experience in which they may appreciate delectable flavors while appreciating the

cuteness and craftsmanship of each doughnut. We feel that our name accurately captures the

special fusion of flavor and aesthetics that distinguishes us from other doughnut confectioneries.

Our Cheese and Chocolate Donut is a delectable treat that combines the irresistible flavors of

creamy cheese and rich chocolate. Each donut is carefully crafted using a soft and fluffy dough,

fried until golden brown and infused with the perfect amount of cheese and chocolate to create a

delightful balance of savory and sweet. The donut is then generously coated with a luscious layer

of smooth chocolate from the inside and covered with powdered sugar from the outside. To

enhance your snacking pleasure, we recommend pairing the Cheese and Chocolate Donut with

our refreshing iced coffee. Made from premium coffee beans, our Iced Coffee is expertly brewed

and chilled to perfection.

CHAPTER 4

MARKET PLAN

A. Product Description

CHEESE/CHOCOLATE DONUT
The Cheese Donut and Chocolate Donut are just two of the delicious pleasures Delicute

Donuts offers. Every mouthful of our Cheese Donut is perfectly balanced between a soft and

fluffy donut and a decadent cheese filling that gives it a savory and creamy twist. With its

velvety texture and rich, seductive chocolate flavor, our Chocolate Donut is a great joy for those

looking for an indulgent experience. Each bite of our Cheese Donut and Chocolate Donut is a

delightful blend of sweetness and richness, making them the ideal sweets for any occasion.

INGRDIENTS:

 1st Class Flour  Margarine  Cheese

 Sugar  Salt  Chocolate

 Lard  Yeast

PRODUCT PROCESS

1. Mixing the Dough:

a. In a mixing bowl, combine 1st Class Flour, Sugar, Salt, and Yeast.

b. Mix the dry ingredients together until well combined.

c. Add Lard and Margarine to the mixture and continue mixing until the fats are evenly

distributed.
d. Slowly add water or milk to the mixture while continuing to mix until a smooth and

elastic dough forms.

2. Dough Rising:

a. Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl and cover it with a clean kitchen towel

or plastic wrap.

b. Allow the dough to rest and rise in a warm, draft-free area for about 1-2 hours or until

it doubles in size.

3. Shaping the Donuts:

a. Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release any air bubbles.

b. Divide the dough into smaller portions and shape them into balls.

c. Flatten each ball and place a portion of Cheese or Chocolate filling in the center.

d. Seal the dough tightly around the filling, ensuring there are no openings.

4. Proofing:

a. Place the filled dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

b. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let them proof for

another 30 minutes to 1 hour until they rise slightly.

5. Frying the Donuts:

a. Heat vegetable/cooking oil in a deep-frying pan or a deep fryer to about 350°F

(175°C).

b. Carefully lower the filled donuts into the hot oil, a few at a time, using a slotted spoon

or tongs.

c. Fry the donuts for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown.
d. Once cooked, remove the donuts from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined

plate to drain excess oil.

6. Topping:

a. While the donuts are still warm, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

ICED COFFEE

Iced coffee is a tasty drink distinguished by its creamy and silky texture. In addition to

gulaman coffee flavor, it is made with a mixture of powdered and condensed milk. Finely ground

coffee beans are added as the finishing touch, creating a flavor profile that is satisfying and

robust.

 Milk (Powdered or not)

PRODUCT PROCESS

Step 1: Gather all ingredients.

Step 2: Combine warm water, instant coffee, and sugar in a sealable jar. Seal and shake until

foamy.

Step 3: Pour into a glass full of ice; add milk. Adjust to taste if necessary.
B. Pricing Study

The cost-plus pricing method is used by the business to determine the selling price by taking

the cost of producing the product and adding a markup. The manufacturer determines the final

price using the cost-plus pricing approach by taking the cost of production and adding a

percentage to it. It is simple to use because all you must do is add the required profit margin to

the total cost to get the final price (total cost + profit margin = prize). Delicute Donut Company

choose this cost-plus pricing strategy because it is simple to comprehend and put into practice,

and because profits are more predictable.

C. Promotion Strategy

Social media marketing is one of the company's methods of advertising, and they utilize

Facebook to post about items, advertise them, and interact with online customers. Flyers are

made to provide information about the items and company in print medium. They undertake

room-to-room advertising at St. Raphael College of Business and Arts Inc. and hand out fliers to

the students and instructors in person. They placed some posters near businesses so that patrons

could notice them. It aids them in gaining both new and existing clients in these many ways.
