Cool or Cosy (Australia) didirikan pada tahun 1984,
dan kini telah menjadi perusahaan terbuka bertaraf
internasional yang terspesialisasi untuk kenyamanan
bangunan.
Cool or Cosy dikenal sebagai pemimpin pasar dalam
menyediakan insulasi yang ramah lingkungan dengan
berbasis serat selulosa dan telah mendapatkan sertifi-
kat international ISO 9002, A.S. 3902 (2002), juga
lisensi Australian Standardsmark (A.S. 2462).
PT. Indo Karunia Anugerah adalah pemegang tunggal
produk Cool or Cosy untuk negara Indonesia yang
memiliki ISO 9002:2000 di bawah naungan
URS No. 99440.
Kami menyediakan layanan terintegrasi, mulai dari
konsultasi, desain, sampai dengan instalasi. Saat ini
kami juga menyediakan fasilitas produksi serat
selulosa, sehingga ketersediaan bahan serta kualitas
terjamin dengan baik.
Cool or Cosy merupakan insulasi tanpa sambungan
yang dapat diinstal dengan cara disemprotkan secara
langsung pada permukaan bidang yang ingin
diinsulasi. Sangat baik dan ideal sebagai penghalang
panas juga menjaga stabilitas suhu ruangan, serta
dapat menurunkan suhu ruangan hingga 2 - 8 oC .
Aplikasi dengan ketebalan 30mm di bawah atap metal,
produk kami dapat mengurangi berisik suara hujan
hingga 17dB. Dengan koefisien daya serap yang
berbeda untuk setiap ketebalan, Cool or Cosy juga
memiliki sifat akustik yang baik untuk ruang karaoke,
ballroom, ataupun gedung serba guna lainnya.

Cool or Cosy products in Indonesia and surrounding region
and has passed ISO 9002:2000 under URS No. 99440. We

and installation. We have also established a local cellulose
production facility to ensure on time supply of high quality
cellulose, anytime.

Cool or Cosy is a seamless, monolithic insulation that can be
installed by direct spraying to the surface you want to
insulate. It’s very good and ideal as a barrier to heat and to
maintain room temperature. It is also capable of reducing
ambient temperature by up to 2 – 8 oC. Installation thickness
of 30 mm under metal roof would be able reduce rain noise by
17 dB. With varying noise reduction coefficient for differing
thicknesses, COC is a very suitable material to improve
acoustic properties of karaoke rooms, ballrooms, or other
multifunction halls.

Serat Selulosa
Cellulose Fiber atau Serat Selulosa merupakan bahan dasar
dari seluruh produk Cool or Cosy. Cellulose Fiber terbuat dari
daur ulang kertas koran grade A melalui proses fiberizing
(pengeluaran serat kertas koran) dengan tambahan bahan
khusus sehingga tercipta produk selulosa peredam panas dan
suara dengan kelebihan tahan api, anti jamur, dan anti
serangga.
Serat selulosa adalah bahan yang sangat aman dan ramah
lingkungan karena tidak mengandung asbestos yang dapat
menyebabkan kanker ataupun menimbulkan gatal atau iritasi.
Metode Kerja
Metode Instalasi yang digunakan adalah metode spray untuk
memastikan hasil insulasi yang effisien 100% tanpa celah.
Dalam suatu penelitian yang dilakukan oleh CSIRO Australia
(Sebuah Badan Pengetesan bersifat Mandiri di Australia)
disebutkan bahwa 1% celah yang terjadi saat instalasi akan
menurunkan 15% efektifitas kerja insulasi dan 5% celah akan
menurunkan hingga 50% efektifitas kerja insulasi.
Pengerjaan kami yang cepat dan praktis, juga dengan material
yang cepat kering, sehingga memungkinkan pengerjaan tepat
waktu dengan schedule yang ditentukan.
Core Material
Cellulose Fiber
Cellulose fiber makes up all our insulation products. It is made from
100% recycled top grade newspaper, with addition of harmless
substance that gives the product flame retardant, fungicide, and
insecticide properties. Cellulose is an extremely safe product,
containing no asbestos.
It is thus neither carcinogenic nor an irritant. It also consumes less
energy to produce, making it the product of choice for the
environmentally conscious. Performance-wise, its relatively high
density (80-100 kg/m3) gives it excellent thermal and acoustic
properties.
Working Method
We use spray on method that produces most efficient 100% no gap
insulation. A research conducted by CSIRO Australia, describe that
1% gap that occurred during installation will reduce 15% insulation
effectiveness and 5% gap will reduce 50% insulation effectiveness.
In addition, the installation procedure is simple and fast, using a
quick-drying material, thus enabling work completion with a tight
time schedule.
