Prior to requesting our media, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

Requestor Eligibility
 Requestor must be a PhD-holding faculty at a non-profit, degree-granting, academic
institution.
 Requestor must email us a direct link to their official faculty profile on their
institutional website that lists their credentials as a PhD-holding faculty.
 If you are a student, please have your faculty advisor submit the request form on
your behalf and email us the name of the student.
 If you are a research staff but do not have a faculty title, please email us
individually and we will determine if you meet our eligibility criteria.
 Please ensure that the statement below is signed and dated.

IAPS Statement of Use

In accepting the IAPS materials, I agree not to make the IAPS available to the media
(television, magazines, etc.) or to place them on any internet or computer-accessible
websites. I also agree not to publish the IAPS in any print format – including
JOURNALS, newspapers, etc. I also agree that I will not provide the IAPS materials to
profit making companies or organizations and I agree not to distribute my username and
password to unauthorized parties.

*Access to the downloads is only possible after we have received a signed and scanned
copy of the IAPS Statement of Use.

Provided that you meet our eligibility requirements, you will receive a username and
password and the link to download the IAPS within 30 days of receiving your signed
copy of the IAPS Statement of Use. This link should not be shared, distributed, or linked
to from another website.
