Reflection Paper 1: Business Organization

INTRODUCTION
a) My discussion in this reflective paper is related to Chapter 3 which is Business
Organization. The subtopic I chose is related to what is a small business.
b) A question that is commonly asked in relation to this small business is what is a small
business and what are the advantages behind the business? and why this topic is
related to my experiences and feelings.
c) A small business is one of an independent that not part of a larger business and that
has a relatively little influence in its market.
d) My main point for this topic is to express the advantages of this small business to those
who want to start a business. I have noticed that since lockdown or pandemic Covid-
19 many people from among housewife and those who are not working have
penetrated this business field and they need to know what the advantages behind the
business they are set up.

SMALL BUSINESS
a) In Malaysia, since the covid-19 epidemic, many people have been fired and become
unemployed in 2019 and in December 2020, analysis data shows unemployment
increased to 772,900 people with a rate of 4.8 percent.
b) Since then, most of them have started small businesses by establishing sole
proprietorships, partnerships, and franchises.
c) Some of them set up private businesses by establishing businesses from their
creativity by developing their own brands along with their own unique ideas such as
selling cosmetic products, perfumes, hijabs, and food.

d) There are also those who make a business by selling other people's products from
there also they can learn a little bit about the business system.

e) So, they need to know what the advantages of the small business are. Among them is
that small businesses can contribute a large part to job growth. From this small
business it can open up great job opportunities for those who are still looking for work
or those who are still unemployed. Little by little it can help improve the country's
economy in curbing the existing unemployment problem.
f) Plus, small businesses are great for the environment. This is because small business
owners prefer to be frugal in any store use and they prefer to recycle the
merchandise they use for business.

CONCLUSION
a) I believe that those who start this small business will be able to make a big profit for
themselves and others.
b) I also hope that more young people will dare to start a business with their own
creativity by creating products that they innovate.
c) To conclude, there are many advantages that we can get from this small business.
Although it is a small business but if we focus on developing this business, maybe one
day it can become a big and advanced business.
