The contract value shall as per the actual quantity executing on site, inclusive ofall taxes, levies, duties etc, but excluding GST (18%). No any Escalation clause is applicable for this contract, 4, Mis, Eshan Developer will submit detailed Bar Chart for work progress as per agreed Milestone within 4 days of receipt of LO} 5. All works shall be carried out as per the relevant IS codes and general industry practice. 6, In case of faling to achieve any or all contractual clauses the Client has full ight to Levied Penalty as per contract conditions, Formal detailed Work Order pertaining to the same will be issued to you in due course of Time which shall be followed by signing of the contract agreement. Til the detailed work order issued, this letter of intent shall be considered as formal agreement between us & is binding on you. We would like to inform you that all the terms and conditions as discussed during the final negotiation meeting would prevail and all the conditions mentioned in your various letters stand cancelled.
