normally most people demand very little of themselves, they have goals that are not
ambitious for fear of failure and we have buried our creativity which is our true nature
there are no people who are born special, in fact we all are. So M is for mastery
your thinking choices determine the results of your performance, so consider yourself
always be able, changing some habits, training yourself daily can bring out your true
potential. you can take 5 steps forward every day
A is for Authenticity is about feeling completely secure in your own skin, trusting yourself,
expressing your voice, working according to your values and being the best you can be.
the letter "G" represents the need to have "Guts. it is necessary to be persistent in an
unrealistic way and have overflowing courage, many will tell you that you will not be able
to but you must have the ability to go ahead even when everyone around you isn´t on
your side.
finally, the letter "E" stands for "Ethics" guys remember that doing business the right way
is actually very beneficial to business. ethics always leads to beautiful rewards, reputation
and one's name are extremely valuable in the workplace and you should never do
anything to tarnish the integrity you have established as a leader without a title.
if you keep this in mind, you will realize that work offers you a daily opportunity to
discover the leader within you, to recover more of the potential you have buried and to
