(A State University established under Haryana Act No. XXV of 1975) Admin Login Procedure for Online submission of application Procedure for Online submission of application Candidate should read the instructions and the guidelines given in the Advertisement carefully before filling each column of the application form. He/She should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. Mandatory fields are marked with * (asterisk) sign. The online registration contains two parts Part I and Part II. In Part I, candidate will have to fill basic information. On submission of details, he/she will be prompted to check the details and make correction, if any, in the application. In Part II, candidate will have to fill the other required information with the uploading of his photograph and signature. On submission of details, he/she will be prompted to check the details and make correction, if any, in the application.

Upload a recently taken scanned photograph in JPG format or through Web Cam. The digital size of the file must be less than 12 KB and resolution 100 pixel widths by 120 pixels height(100 * 120). Upload your scanned signature in JPG format or through Web Cam. The digital size of the file must be less than 12 KB and resolution 140 pixel widths by 60 pixels height(140 * 60). Candidate may press I agree button after declaration, Once he/she finds that information supplied by him/her is in order and no correction is required. Thereafter no correction/modification shall be allowed. When I agree button is pressed, a page with Registration No. will be generated. Please note down the registration number or take a print out of the page. Candidates can pay the application fee online through the cash payment via AXIS bank challan. Candidate can now proceed for the next step which is online fee payment through his login details i.e. his Registration No. and Password. To pay fee in cash, candidate should take printout of challan generated online in his login section. Deposit the requisite fee in any branch of AXIS Bank with the help of that challan. Confirmation of fee payment will be updated in the candidate login within 48 hrs of deposition of fee in Axis Bank. An email/SMS will be sent to your email id or Mobile No. informing you that the application has been successfully registered. Registration No., email/SMS confirming registration and proof of payment of application fee should be retained by you. After the completion of registration and fee payment process, candidate will have to take the printout of his online application form which will be available in his login section for the further reference or for your own record. He has to submit this form along with required document to the university within stipulated time. Request for change/correction in any particulars in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances. Please bring original and a set of attested copies of testimonials at the time of interview . The Maharshi Dayanand University will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required details in the application form.
