Dear Parent

As an extension to the learning in Hindi a field trip has been arranged for the learners of
Grade 5.

Place: Visit to Botanical garden

Day: Wednesday

Date: 12-07-2023

Reporting time: 8:00 a.m.(During school hours)

Things to be carried: A cap, a water bottle, a handkerchief and there regular breakfast and
lunch.

Note:

All students must report to the school at 08:00a.m. The approximate time of return will be
1:00p.m, hence they are expected to carry books of the last 2 periods.

Students are expected to come in their full school uniform including their ID Cards.
