AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, ______________________, of legal age, Filipino, and at present residing at San

Juan calumpang, General Santos City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the private complainant in CRIM. CASE.NO. FC-197(15) for Violation of

Sec 5(e) par. 2, of RA 9262 against my husband Amid Alcover, now pending before
the Regional Trial Court Branch 19, Digos City;

2. That after reflecting the incident and seeing that our daughter will suffer much and
that the complaint was merely filed out of misunderstanding as husband and wife;

3. That in order to preserve our family ties and harmonious relationship, I have
decided, to desist from further prosecuting the case against him in order to give a
bright future to our daughter;

4. That I am executing this affidavit in my own free will and volition for the purpose of
seeking dismissal or signifying my intention to refrain from further prosecuting the
aforementioned case and hereby waives all rights and claims pertaining to said
accident, now and hereafter;

5. That I have fully read the foregoing statements and the contents thereof has been
read and translated to a dialect, which I understand and that the same are true and
correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
