TITLE: Installation of Wet Standpipe System
AMOUNT: One Million Four Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only
(PHP 1,451,500.00)

I. SCOPE OF WORK

1. To supply and install a new AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM

complete with an alarm valve with trimmings, system pipes and supports,
testing, and flushing connection.

2. Supply, fabricate, and install piping, fittings, hangers, and supports to be

tapped to the nearest fire protection line indicated on the drawings.

3. To supply and install Indoor Fire Hose System complete with system
pipes, fittings, and supports fire hose cabinet with standard accessories,
and isolation/control valve.

4. To provide a full-time competent and trained project engineer and

technician to technically supervise and participate during all of the
adjustments and tests for the system.

5. To prepare and submit design drawings that locate all components of the
isolation valve, and fire hose cabinet, including piping sizes, supports, etc.

6. To conduct hydrostatic pressure tests of all new water-based system

pipes. Pipes shall be tested hydrostatically at not less than 150 psi of
pressure for two hours.

7. Prepare and submit a complete sequence of system operations detailing

all devices, valve functions, fire hose operation, and water discharge for
each system.
 8. Conduct operational training prior to the final acceptance of each shift of
the owner’s personnel. Each training session will include system valve
and emergency procedures.

9. Sixty (90) – Ninety (120) Working Days

10. To warranty the system within one (1) year against defective workmanship
