Circular for Parents of Class IX and XI regarding the Picnic at Rangmanch Farms on 17 March 2023

Dear Parents,

The school is pleased to inform you that a picnic has been organized for students of Class
IX and XI on 17 March 2023, Friday at Rangmanch Farms,Gurugram.

Please note the following instructions for 17 March 2023:

 Your ward must reach the school by 8 am. Buses will not wait for latecomers.
 Students are allowed to wear black/blue jeans with a Black T shirt. ID card is
mandatory for all. Any student not adhering to the instructions or not dressed
appropriately will be sent back home.
 Buses will reach back to school at 4:30 pm. No student will be allowed to get
down mid-way. Kindly make arrangements to pick up your ward accordingly.
 Kindly ensure that your ward is medically fit to attend the picnic.
 Strict action will be taken if students are involved in any act of indiscipline.

Students not going for Picnic are not required to come to the school on 17 March 2023.
