meal,
If you like a hit of sweet at the end of a
try this knockout chocolate mousse. It's made
with avocado, which may sound strange, but it
has a silky, creamy texturewhich really works
with the chocolate. The result is a surprisingly
decadent pudding that is so much betterfor you
than the egg-based classic. And if you think people
will turn their noses up when they hear about the
avocado, don't tell them until they've finished it —
they'll never guess!

2 large ripe avocados, peeled and stoned 1.Put the avocados into a food processor and blend
3—4tbsp runny honey, to taste until smooth.
I tsp vanilla extract
50g raw cacao powder 2.Add 3 tablespoons of the honey with the vanilla
and cacao powder and blend again until completely
combined. Taste and add more honey if necessary.

3.Spoon the mousse into 8 shot or sweetwine

glassesand put them into the fridge for an hour
before serving.
