choose to do is something

your future self will be proud

choosing what you want to do,

care practice. It's important

to nourish YOU. Schedule it

and commit to it.

We recommend choosing to do

one act of self-love a day

from any of the different

types of areas of life. These

rituals will inspire you to

(self) love and embrace the

highest version within.

This can be done whenever

you wish, morning or night.

The key to self-care is it

should not feel like an

obligation, so have fun

A KIND REMINDER . . .
Before you begin, I just want

to remind you once again that

you deserve all the love in the

world and that you are

worthy. The moment we begin

to love ourselves

unconditionally, we

experience a profound shift in

the way we move through life.

Surrender and embrace all

parts of yourself even the

things you don't consider to

be the best. I invite you to

welcome awareness and

radical acceptance. Just

because it's part of you now,

doesn't mean these areas

can't be transformed. You can

evolve any part of yourself

once you get honest, and are

willing to change with

compassion and not force.

It's ok if you feel resistance,

fear, or shame in spending so

much time in solitude. That's

perfectly normal, we were not

taught to cultivate our

relationship with ourselves.

Take it one step at a time and

have fun with it. Hold the

intention of curiosity and be

in awe of the amazing things

you will discover about

yourself.

TYPES SELF-CARE
The 6 different types of self-care are physical, intellectual,

emotional, spiritual, social, and sensorial. It's best to stay

mindful about nourishing all aspects of yourself by choosing to

do activities from each area in order to achieve a balanced and

harmonious approach to wellbeing.

Taking care of your body. Involves fitness,

movement, eating habits, sleep habits, stress

management and sexual health.

growth, learning and evolving, engaging in

new things, practicing mindfulness, and a

positive mindset.

awareness of your feelings, dealing with life

SELF-LOVE BEAUTY RECIPES
SACRED SATIN BODY OIL
SACRED SATIN BODY OIL

INGREDIENTS

250 ml of sweet almond oil

100 ml of jojoba oil

4 drops of lavender essential oil

2 drops of bergamot

2 drops of Frankincense

THE RITUAL:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a glass bottle. Shake before

using.

2. Create a sacred space in your home.

3. Light candles, add flowers, and grab your favorite robe.

4. Cleanse your space with palo santo or sage.

5. Put on your favorite music.

6. Make yourself a delicious drink from the mylks recipes.

7. Dim the lights.

8. Find a comfortable seat and a journal.

9. Begin by taking a few deep breaths to tune into the

present moment.

10.Take a few deep breaths of the body oil, really allowing

the smells to take over your senses. Allowing the healing

powers of scent to caress you.

11. Slowly begin giving yourself a massage. Taking your time

to give love to each part of your body. Let the sounds take

you.

MOISTURE MELT FACE MASK
MOISTURE MELT FACE MASK
INGREDIENTS

1 tsp of spirulina or chlorella

2 tbsp of green clay (we recommend MERME BERLIN)

1 tsp of almond oil or jojoba

1 tsp of rosehip oil (we recommend MERME BERLIN)

add any other oils that you like

1 tsp of brown sugar for extra exfoliation


THE RITUAL

1. Put your favorite mix on, light candles.

2. Get cozy.

3. Make yourself a delicious drink from the mylks

recipes.

4. Create a sacred space.

5. Mix all ingredients in a small blow.

6. Open your pores by creating a steam bath. Boil water

in a big pot, once you begin to see the steam rising.

Grab a small towel and cover your face with it

absorbing all the steam. Careful not to go too close

to the steam or you will burn yourself.

7. Rinse your face with lukewarm water and gently pat

your face dry and apply the mask.

8. Relax and let the mask do the magic.

9. Let it sit for 10 - 15 minutes. Then gently rinse with

warm water.

10. Apply any serums or moisturizer after.

beauty routine is crucial for

beautiful skin and our health.

Our skin is the largest organ

in the body, so taking extra

care is super important.

Coming from a product

development background in

the beauty industry I am

familiar with the loopholes

and clever words used to

make products desirable.

There are many toxic

ingredients used in products

even though they claim to be

"clean and non-toxic". The list

is long however below are the

top 5 ingredients to avoid in

skincare. I have also done a

lot of the work for you and

have a curated list of brands I

trust and use.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 medium frozen zuchinni

1 cup of plant based milk

1 tbsp of matcha

1/4 tsp of cinnamon

1 tbsp of vanilla protein powder

1 tsp of rhodiola (optional herbal magic)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium frozen zucchini

1/2 cup of kabocha squash (if you omit persimmon use 1 cup)

1 ripe persimmon (optional)

0.5 inch of fresh ginger

1 tsp of turmeric

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 cup of coconut water

1/2 cup of plant-based milk

1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp of Sun Potion tocos (optional)

1 tsp of medicinal mushrooms (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Top with yogurt and fresh fruit.


CHOCOLATE CAKE SHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

1 frozen banana

1/2 frozen avocado

1 medium frozen zucchini

1 cup of almond milk

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp of cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy.

2 medium frozen zucchini

1/2 cup or frozen spinach

1 1/4 cup of frozen cauliflower

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

1 tsp of spirulina

1/2 cup of coconut water

1 1/2 cup of coconut milk (any plant based milk works)

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp of chia seeds

1 tsp of Your Super forever beautiful (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

2. Top with fresh fruit and enjoy.
