Dear Sir/Madame:

Thank you for your support of SFI's Accounting System(ASYST)! We understand that you wish to implement some
revisions to the system. As is indicated in our Contract for Service, additional modifications or visits beyond those
agreed on in our initial agreement shall be subject to a separate agreement and Conforme.
Your office has requested the following:

1. We will make a new Stock Flow Report in Excel that would breakdown the item quantities that have been
transferred out from selected Warehouse to all the corresponding Location Areas (for the Warehouse) or
Locations (for the Online Warehouse). We will then create a new field that would ask on what warehouse location
and would be the source of inventory that will be generated on the report, this will affect the existing Allocation
Report that gets its inventory source from the Location that is on Parameter setup. We will also have a column
for Beginning Inventory, Replenishments , Returns, Available Stocks and Ending Inventory (the data source of
this columns are provided on the layout).

The cost for implementation of the above mentioned matter is TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY P(20,000.00) VAT
inclusive. This fee is payable in full upon the installation of the updated copy of the Asyst at the Client site with the
requested modifications. The fee is exclusive of source codes. It shall take us TEN (10) working days to implement the
modifications with the schedule to begin from the date our receipt of the signed Conforme.

This quotation is valid for one week from the date of submission of this proposal for modifications. If you are unable
to return the signed Conforme to us within this time, the schedule may be subject to change. One month warranty
against the modifications will commence from the date of its installation. This will allow you to test the installed
modifications as per agreement.
