Business Development or Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development or Inside

SalesExecutive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
identifying, pursuing, and acquiring new business opportunities to help grow our
company's revenue and market share. The Business Development or Inside Sales
Executive will be expected to develop strong relationships with potential clients,
assess their needs, and promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and contact potential clients of the UK through Cold Calling and
emails, pitching products and services and create a comprehensive outreach
plan to engage them.
● Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, ensuring we
are selling to customer needs.
● Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to generate
new business Leads.
● Aid in preparation and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
● Negotiate and close deals with clients to generate revenue and achieve sales
targets.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client
satisfaction.
● Track and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

● Proven 1.5 to 2.5 years of work experience as a Business Development or

Inside Sales Executive (B2B, B2C), and in dealing with international clients.
● Excellent verbal & written English communication skills (High school diploma
or equivalent).
● Telephone sales skills as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
● Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
● Candidate must be comfortable with cold-calling.
● Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Tools, with sound record-keeping
skills.
● Candidate must be results driven with skills in perseverance.
● Previous exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms and experiences.
