I know I’m not from Canada, but still, I’m willing to do whatever it

takes to succeed this job and be part of an international team.

My name is Ibtissem; an English teacher, on-site/in-house translator,

operating in three languages: (Arabic (mother-tongue), English, and

French), and freelance writing, on top of that. My pieces are mostly

academic, heavily relying on an insatiable desire for learning and long

years of honing research skills.

As for customer service representation, I have worked for three years

in a row for reputable booth in the capital city of Tunis, and I had to

deal with, even "tame" many of our clients because of all the issues

that can pop up now and then for reason and for no reason, like

disorganization, poor time management, impatient clients,

miscommunication, misunderstanding so on and so forth.
