Short story : The lions and The hyenas

One upon a time, there was a lion family which is a leader

family that has ruled over the forest for years. Generation after
generation, the lion family always managed the forest peacefully and
never let the forest in chaos or any serious problem. The jungle was like
the kingdom of the lion king. The leader of the lion family was the king
of the jungle, and he was a dependable king. Aside from that, he was
good fighter for he learned how to fight and how to be a king at the same
time since he was a cub. The lion family contained 10 members, which
are the king himself, three queens, three babies , two sons and two
daughters. Three queens always helped and pleasured the king whenever
he needs.
The king’s first son was three years and second son was two
years and a half. These two sons had their two sisters which one was 2
years and another one was 1 year and a half. Four of them were always
playing with each other like hunting other animal, learning how to
accelerate their run faster, fighting using their paw, claw and teeth. Their
three mothers looked after the three little babies.
The lion king ruled over almost everywhere in the jungle,
however there is an area that he could not control. That area is residence
by the hyena family. Hyenas and lions are enemies sinch many centuries
ago. They never got along with each other. Most of the times, hyena led
their armies to raid on the lion’s territory unfortunately they never won
against the lions due to their strength different. And the lion king
forbade his people not to go there as well as his kids.
One day, because of curiosity of the lion kids they went there
secretly without any permission. They ran quickly and sang songs a long
the way to hyena residence. When they arrived, they met with hyena
kids by coincidence. Because of not noticing their background and
history, they befriended with each other in the brief of time. They played
together from afternoon until sunset, so they went back to their home.
After arriving home, they told their parents about what they experienced
this whole day. Their parents were very shocked with their kids’ words
that coming out from their mouths. Recalling about the bitter past
between these two races, lions and hyenas punished their children for
what they unintentionally and unknowingly did. The kid lions and kid
hyenas were very upset about the action of their parents. They did not
know about the past of their parents at all but they had a small thought
that they can be reconciled and co-operated with each other by erasing
those past.
One week after the punishment of the kid lions and kid hyenas,
they assembled again for planning to make their parents make up
together. Then the plan was to visit each other habitats and persuade the
elder lions. They tried their best to work on that mission. For the sweat
and blood, those youngster did they finally made their parents work
together and reconcile. But behind the success, they did really hard.

The morality of this lesson : We should love our enemy and befriend
with.
