Instructions for Submitting a Funding Request

International Studies Program

1. Please fill out all areas as indicated. Do not leave any field blank.

2. Attach a detailed budget for your event which should include other potential

funding sources you are reaching out to and/or have confirmed. For

example, please include costs for food, supplies, rental fees, promotional

materials, etc.

3. If you were funded through International Studies last year, please also attach

a detailed final budget from the previous event, including a memo

explaining any surplus or deficits. We would also like to know how IS

funds were applied to the event.
