3.2 BPED RESEARCH IN COACHING

This is what I learned in the LIL Course regarding COACHING it gives me a lot of realization not
only on working by yourself but also working for everyone. coaching gives you a collaborative approach,
increased accountability, emphasis on relationships, and greater creativity which leads you to something
a great and professional coach it also benefits the organization to make greater employee engagement
and higher productivity and increased the retention and performance of your employees. We know that
there are challenges to being a coach and you have accepted that you just need to enhance your
discipline and profession by coaching. Actually, the challenge of being a coach is a lack of formal training
if you have proper training from other coaches that gives you a workshop on how to handle employees
and bad situations inside your company, resistance from a difficult employee, and also not enough time
for you to finish the task you have.

Coaching has a process one is the principle of discovery you can use this approach within
coaching it is essential that use specific questioning techniques to simulate the thought processes of the
employees the other one is the coach’s perspective this is important for the coach to have a goal and
mindset during the phase it also gives the employees visions third is how you think of the current
situation vs. the ideal situation you as the coach you need to have good mindset and discipline for what
is happen and the situation on your company you also have the decision on how to resolve the situation
inside your company. Solution discovery is also one of the important processes because no coach’s
become a great coach if they don’t encounter a bad situation coach always strive for something and have
a solution for what’s going on in their company the last one is the action plan it will helps the employees
to have a visionary mindset and professionalism in work if give them knowledge for what you’re working
for not only for them but also for you as a coach always have an action plan and act like a coach.

My realization important realization of the LIL course is actually giving me a direction for what I was
doing I thought that I can’t be able to learn something but I was wrong because the LIL course gives me
knowledge about coaching and working with other people thank you to LIL course for giving me
directions and visions to be great COACH!
