COURSE PROGRAM
DESCRIPTION COURSE
Commercial English is an important course in Bilingual Secretary career in which the students will learn how to write letters, in English
language is a complement for Advanced English III and Supervise Practice courses.
Knowing English means being able to express themselves fluently and smoothly, exposing our ideas with order and clarity to a native
audience. That also means understanding and assimilating the ideas and answers to provide us with other people, radio, and television
and read the texts. According to scientific research, study English or learn a language in general produces certain stimuli in the brain
that help us to improve our skills in other areas such as creative problem solving, reasoning, or mental ability.
The learning process is centered on the learners to encourage them to express their own realities in English and to help them maintain
a high level of motivation. Therefore; a Communicative approach to teaching and assessment develops communicative competence in
students the ability to use the language system appropriately in any circumstances, it comprises:
Listening: Make sure that students know exactly what they are expected to listen for: grammatical cues, particularly vocabulary items,
specific information, overall meaning. Before they begin be sure to give them an opportunity to ask any question about the drill.
Speaking: Make sure your students understand what they are saying. This means that you may need to preview vocabulary, grammar,
or context cues. Give students a chance to discover and correct their own errors.
Reading: This is a very important part of communication in a new language. Through reading, students receive language input in the
form of vocabulary and grammar thus acquired when they speak, listen and write.
Writing: Model and help students identify key elements used in writing sentences and paragraphs. Make sure that students include
these key elements when they write their own sentences and paragraphs. The learning process is centered on the learners to

JUSTIFICATION: Today it is important to learn English is that we have access to better education, without being limited to universities
or training centers of our own country. In addition, it will give access to more current and complete information, know the latest
developments and we can access most scientists, academics and technology, written in English texts. According to a study 56% of
