Lecture 4 – Create Your Roadmap Worksheet

For these exercises, pick out a business that will be the basis of your answers. You’re free to create your
own, or use an existing company.

1. Considering your company’s industry, how do you think technology is changing the way
consumers interact with your business? Have you noticed any trends recently?

2. Which areas does your company excel at? What else can you do to further improve and highlight
those strengths?
3. What digital features do you think you can implement to improve your business? Why would
customers appreciate this feature?

4. Plan out a simple Digital Transformation roadmap. Start with something small and enumerate
the steps you plan on taking. Elaborate on why you think each step will be useful and don’t
forget to set plausible goals.
