Sir,
This is to your kind information that I Mahuya Sen Pandit W/o- …………………………., resident
of………………….. bring to your kind notice that:
1. I worked for …………… years in ……………. (Office name and Address) (director name &
contact number if known) as a …………… from…….. to …………… (years). On that tenure as
per the company rules and policy it has deducted an amount of Rs……….. from my salary on
every month.
2. That I have resigned from that office on ……….. and the maturity of all the benefits will be
handed over to me within the end of this year.
3. That I know that I can get an amount of Rs. 91,000/- (Rupees Ninety One Thousand) only from
the Gratuity. But after my resignation they have not paying the gratuity, on that situation I have
filed a complaint before the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Government Of West Bengal,
4. That on receipt of my complaint the Appropriate Authority initiated a Case vide Gratuity Case No.
G-05/2022 informed with being Memo No.658/2022/ALC/BST dated 2nd Aug, 2022 by issuing a
notice of appearance to both the parties on 17th Aug, 2022 at 1:30 PM only.
5. That I have appeared on ……………. with all the supporting documents and the Employer (Third
Eye Security Guarding Pvt. Ltd.) came with two cheque consisting with an amount of Rs. 60,000/-
only. They also acknowledge that the balance amount will be cleared within the 31 st of December,
2022 but till date I have not received any amount.
6. I have also called on 26th December, 2022 at their office regarding the payment of Rs. 31,000/-
(Rupees Thirty One Thousand) only but they have neglected me by asking some baseless
conversation and disconnected the line.
My humble request before your goodself kindly take appropriate steps to get my balance amount of
Rs. 31,000/- (Rupees Thirty One thousand) only and with the early disposal of the matter.
