Study Circle

Study Circle is the simplest form of interaction with the industry.

Interested students can choose one topic at a time, utilise the
literature sources provided therein, read them and deliberate
forum. They will be expected to answer the questions posed there
both by the industry as well as other participants. Most active and
contributing students will be notified in the forum. Discussion on a
topic will cease within the time frame notified.

Literature & Patent Study

Literature on a topic of discussion or a subject can be found from

several sources direct Google search, Google Scholar, Scifinder,
Sciencedirect, Academia.edu, and Researchgate. Students can find
the uploaded literature and documents and can also agument their
own.

Patent collection and study is one of the vital form of learning

Patents provide chronological evolution of invention or innovation of
a product or process and helps to avoid duplication of efforts and
find new and better ways of achieving the results and certainly
provides clear insights of the research which the text books cannot
give in many cases. Students will collect patents that will reflect the
subject of study and use their inputs for research and development

Webinars

Students will have opportunities to present technical papers on a

given subject with a time frame. Qualified presenters will get
monetary compensation and certificate of achievement.
Data Collection

Checking the availability of a product or its competitors, studying

the market prices and specifications, products’ demand and supply
conditions are key to the development of market acceptable
products or processes.

Project Works

Students willing to short term project works ranging from 15 days

to 3 months can choose any the topics mentioned in our website.
We will try to provide materials wherever possible. Students will be
provided accommodation and a small stipend wherever possible.
