Draft or create a workflow for a MoMo transaction to withdraw MONEY from

one’s account through a vendor or a merchant.

Solution:
The workflow for a successful cash out through a Vodafone cash vendor or agent;
1. Before you can withdraw from your Vodafone cash wallet, you need to be
registered on Vodafone cash and this can be done by any authorized agent
free of charge.
2. Visit the nearest Vodafone cash agent, inform the agent that you want to
cash out money.
3. Dial *110#
4. Select option 2 (withdraw cash)
5. Select option 1 (from agent)
6. Enter till number which will be given to you by the Vodafone cash agent
7. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
8. Enter your four-digit Vodafone cash PIN to confirm
9. You have successfully cash out money from your Vodafone cash wallet
10. The agent will give you your money after confirmation
