10 No traveling allowance will be granted for joining the post.

1 It should be noted that every individual appointed to the above post shall be required to be liable for
military service in the Railway Engineering units of the Territorial Army for a period of 7(seven)
years in the Territorial Army service and 8 (eight) years in the Territorial Army reserve or for such
period as may be laid down in this regard from time to time.

The appointment of the candidate claiming to be belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/
Other Backward classes is provisional i.e, subject to verification subsequently i.e, if the verification
through concerned District Magistratelcertificate issuing authority reveals that their claim belonging
to SC/ST/OBC , as the case may be, is false, the services will be termínated forthwith without
assigning any further reason and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the
provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificates.
13 You are hereby warned that if any false information is furnished or there has been suppression of any
false information in the application Form, your service would be liable to be terminated. Please also
note that if, on Police verification, your antecedents are found to be undesirable, your service would
also be liable to be terminated arbitrarily without assigning any reason thereof.
14 You will be terminated from service, if the information and documents furnished by you for said
recruitment are found incorrect/fake, at any stage.

This panel is absolutely provisional and liable to change at the discretion of the Administration,
keeping in view prevailing Railway Recruitment and Establishment Rule.
