TECHNICAL COMPETENCE

1. Please explain the profile of the company/institution/community where

you are placed!
PT IDStar Cipta Teknologi Group is an IT consultant and outsourcing company where
they deliver IT services and solutions to any business on a global scale. The company
implements a business to business (B2B) system, where they arrange transactions
between businesses in the form of service by providing IT experts and scrum teams with
flexible arrangements so clients may adapt easily into the digital world. PT IDstar Cipta
Teknologi Group was founded by Arifa Tan in 2018, where she also found both IDstar
and IFT group. Both IDstar group and IFT group are formed by various companies:
- IDStar Group are a combination of 3 companies: IDStar, Drife and MTK
- IFT Group are a combination of 6 companies: IFT, ONE, Solutif, Digital Center, GIT,
KEBIZZ.
The company that I am currently in is Digital Center – specifically in AOT (Alpha Omega
Tech) with Mr. Indra Pangestu as a CEO of Digital Center and supervised by Mr. Robby
Akbar Pradana as Lead UI/UX Designer.
2. Please explain your position and role in the current project/job/business!
As a UI/UX Designer, my job position has both the combination of designing the
application and analyzing clients’ needs. When I am handling UX side of the job, I am
responsible for conducting user research, creating personas, determining information
architecture or Information System Architecture of a certain digital product and design
user flows and sketch wireframes with required planning and organized structure.
Meanwhile when I am handling UI side of the job, I oversee designing the prototype (both
Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi designs), user interactions with the digital product (software, website or
app).
