This Court notices that the Single Judge merely issued notice but did not decide the issue; as such there is no adverse order against the appellant. If the Single Judge ultimately decides the pending petition - W.P.(C)1096/2017 on its merits, the recognition granted and all consequential action taken, therefore, would be subject to the final outcome ‘of W.P.(C)1096/2017. This shall be communicated by the first respondent to the fifth respondent. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms, along with all the pending applications. S.
