EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We identified that our earth will be destroyed after few years by scientists
research. So, we built STARLET and it contains all facilities to live. we give them
luxurious life using future hi-tech technology. And in our mother earth oxygen is
reducing day by day for overcoming these problems. We constructed STARLET.
The space is the last living place and our generations will have to live in space
with awesome facilities and hi-tech technology.

1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Necessity of STARLET
• The mother earth is polluted very highly the ozone layer is getting damage .Even by
the scientific research many scientist found that the mother earth will be destroyed by
many asteroids which came's to our earth.

• To overcome this scene we have put all the efforts alter native living world. So, that our
team decided to build STARLET an alternate planet

• The space is the last life living place. The space is our generations will have to live in
space don’t pollute, it don’t waste it.

1.2 Location and orbit

Location of the planet plays a vitriol role. To decide our stabling of our planet so by this
reason team stellar located the STARLET in the middle of Ganymede, Io and europa which
are the moons of Jupiter.
Advantages of locating the STARLET in the orbit of Jupiter.

1. By placing our STARLET at the orbit of Jupiter and it moons it is easy to mine
them. 2.By placing STARLET in aerosynchorous orbit it lies between Io, europen,
Callisto, Ganymede and Jupiter it is easy to mine in them.

3. The moon of Jupiter europa and Ganymede near to STARLET at the distance
of 58,709km
4. STARLET gets more orbital stability due to less distance to Europa and Ganymede.

1.2.1 Orbit:-
Firstly our settlement set up in aerosynchorous orbit of earth for stability and by gaining of
earth for stability it moves to the orbit between Ganymede and europa. Our planet name is
STARLET it means the life in space and the team name stellar means connection with stars
we are connecting our ideas to this project STARLET.

When the tours move. The spokes or pi plates move along it is connected to the cylinder
[central hub]. This ring help in rotation .if tours which connected to cylinder by ball bearings.

3.0 Life supporting factors

3.1 AeroponicAgronomy
Agriculture is very important in human life. Agriculture places a crucial role in our
settlement. So the team stellar to form a agriculture sector.

Cultivation: - There are mainly three types of agricultural cultivations.

3.1.1 Aeroponics:It is the process of growing plants in an air or

mist environment without the use of soil. To provide minerals and
nutrients to the plants. The plant roots or suspended in a dark
chamber due to the sensitivity of root system.

3.1.2 Low pressure units: In this type of aeroponics, it helps us to supply nutrients
solution when the plants are suspended in the dark chamber. The low pressured pump is
arranged in the chamber, this low pressured pump is used to supply the nutrients solution
to the plants.

3.1.3 High pressure units: In this type aeroponics, the high pressure pump supplies
mist to the plants. The mist supplies the nutrients solution to the plants.

Hydroponics: Hydroponics is a type of method

agriculture. It is grown in water. It doesn’t want soil but it
includes many types of methods.

They are Deep water culture is also known as Reservoir

method. In this method the roots of the plants will be
suspended in the aquacious nutritious solution and the air pumps the oxygen. In this reservoir
method the plants should prevent from the sunlight as the plants grow like algae.

Uses of Carbon dioxide:

We can uses carbon dioxide for agriculture because plants need carbon dioxide for
photosynthesis. We can transport carbon dioxide gas with a machine called the transporter. It
transports the carbon dioxide from earth to our space settlement.

Without atmosphere we can’t continue our life. Our project doesn’t contain any pollution; and
it is very clean.

STARLET places an important role in our settlement. All the people in the STARLET will be
able to inhale oxygen as the oxygen content in the STARLET is nearly equal to the amount
of oxygen in the Earth.

3.3 Artificial gravity

Gravity is needed for every person to stay on land. It is also needed for different actions like
walking, running etc… so in our settlement gravity is created by rotation of hull components.
Due to the rotation, our project experiences centrifugal force. Our STARLET is rotated from
west to east with a speed of 180m/s. If the speed is increased, the people staying in the
STARLET may suffer from health problems.

Use of rotation:
While the STARLET is made to rotate, centrifugal force acts to pull the inhabitants outside.
This process helps in simulating gravity. This force is not exatly equal to the force of gravity
as a large amount of coriolis forces act on the space. By adjusting certain parameters such as
radius and rotation rate we can create a force on the outside walls of the STARLET that equals
the force of gravity. By doing so objects get stuck to the outside walls of the STARLET and
due to this humans have the facility to walk, run etc…The amount of gravity in different torus,
their purpose and the derivation of gravity formula is mentioned below:

Water is very vital for sustain of life. So our settlement establishes water resources to last
longer. The fallowing process is used to prepare in our settlement.

By using methane gas we can also produce the water.

Water recycling
We can recycle water in our project by waste water treatment this method can be done in
waste water treatment plants.

Waste water treatment:- in this process we can recycle water by physically, chemically
and biological. This removes chemical condiments.

The steps involved in this process are:-

Screening:- waste water is processed by a bar screen in this process large solids, plastic bags,
plastic bottles, etc.. are removed.

Grit removal:- in this process the screened water comes to grit removal chamber. This
chamber allows settling down grit stones and sand.

Primary sedimentation:-In the primary sedimentation stage, sewage flows through large
tanks, commonly called pre-settling basins, primary sedimentation tanks or primary clarifiers.
The tanks are used to settle sludge while grease and oils rise to the surface and are skimmed
off.

Biological treating:-Biological therapy is a form of treatment that uses portions of the body's
natural immune system to treat a disease. ... Biological therapy often involves the use of
substances called biological response modifiers.

Territory Treatment:-Territory treatment is the final cleaning process that improves wastewater
quality before it is reused, recycled or discharged to the environment. The treatment removes
remaining inorganic compounds, and substances, such as the nitrogen and phosphorus.

3.5 Waste management

Waste management plays a key role in our planet. Waste management is nothing but it can
manage or to create solution to the waste produced in STARLET. To control this waste in our
team takes the decisions to apply the recycling process to control waste in STARLET. The
conversion of the waste material to new products is called recycling. It helps to reduce the
maximum percent of waste in STARLET. We can use so many types of wastes into new
products.

TYPES OF WASTES:
• Solid waste: the solid waste generally we have seen solid waste in form of household
garbage, compound waste, food waste etc.. . .this can converted into new products by
recycling process like furniture, electrical appliances and machinery.

• Liquid waste : some liquid waste is released by

factories, and some solid waste can be converted into
liquid waste this liquid can be converted into water to clean
the industries by waste water treatment.

• Hazardous waste: hazardous waste which causes

hazards to
human like waste of paint. This waste causes harm to environment when we leave it freely
without recycling the hazardous waste. This waste is converted into new
products, by recycling the hazardous waste likeoil,diesel, petrol,
kerosene etc...

By not only recycling this waste we can recycle so many things like plastic, glass, paper,
metals, etc.....these are the main important things which causes the waste by keeping
these
things in mind .Our team stellar took decisions to concentrate on
recycling the products mainly.

3.6 Weather and climate

Weather is the state of atmosphere it is based on whereas weather
refers to the condition of climate in a place for long period of time.
So, we are deciding to provide excellent and suitable climatic
conditions to the people of STARLET.

3.8 Animal husbandary
Animals play an important role in our settlement. Animals are gathered for production of
milk, meat, wool, eggs, etc... Animals are shifted from Earth to our planet by using primary
method. Animals are increased by reproduction. These animals are divided into three
divisions.
There are:-

 Milk producing animals

 Meat producing animals
 Animals used for other purposes

Milk producing animals: - Milk is a energetic liquid produced by

mammary glands of mammals. Some animals like cows, reindeer,
sheeps, goats, yaks, etc.. are used for producing milk. Some
important types of cows like jerseys, Holsteins, are hybrid varieties. These produce an average
of 25-30 liters of milk per day. The availability to carry a large number of effective milk
giving cows. Hence lower maintenance requirements and superior grazing availability. This
provides calcium to our bones to build strength.

Meat producing animals: - meat is a

animal flesh that is eaten as food. Meat
refers skeletal muscle and associated fat and tissues. Some animals like beef, hens, goose and
goats are used for producing meat. Gives us good energy and nutrients.

3.9 Hospitals
We can pay fees at hospitals with the help of money but it can’t buy your Health as it is very
important to us. When we get sick we want hospitals because our STARLET is going to begin
innovative kind of hospitals. The robots are very essential part in our hospitals. It helps in
giving medicines, in operation theater etc…. They help in these parts in our STARLET such
as in any homes the ill health person is carried to the hospital with the help of the robot
vehicle. It will take that person in less time as much as possible in our STARLET high tech
hospitals.
STARLET has special veterinary hospitals for animals in zoo and cattle.

SSR (street service robots):

SSR is a special type of service doctor robot which lives in every street. It plays a vital role in
streets in STARLET. It helps the injured person by making first aid to the person. If any
serious problem is there to a person it will take to the hospital.

3.10 Education
Education is a correct movement from darkness to brightness In our life education plays an
important role.

In our STARLET will teach the students by the help of teaching robots .They are three types
of education.

They are:

1. Kindergarten 2.High School 3.University

Kindergarten: In this education students are educated from 1st to 5th grade with the help of
primary level teaching robots. With amazing features .The students can understand easy by the
teaching of teaching robots.

High school: In this education student are educated from 6 th to 10th grade with the help of high
school teaching robots. At this high school period the teaching robots teach the introduction of
university so they maintain nice performance in university.

University: This education will teach after high school level the students who are educated
in high school they give best performance in university.

Rules and regulations:-

*Timings are:- Primary:-8:45AM to 5:00PM
High school:-8:30AM to 5:45PM
University:-8:30AM to 6:00PM
*The school should continue every day except on Sunday and holidays.
*Students will be taken to field trips according to their chapters.
*The students who will get sick they can only allowed taking leave from the school.

3.11 Day and night formation

In any planet there is a need of day and night. If there is only day our settlement will be heated
up. If there is only night our settlement will freeze, so we are introducing texas glass.
Texas glass: - This is a type of hybrid glass. It will not allow a single beam of light when it is
in off position and when it is in on position it allows light through it. It helps in day and night
formation. We can show temperatures and humidityof seasons with the help of the following
table:-

swith whichich is used is used in hig level technologies in the modern world for all the lights
and it it must be connected to around 50 switches which are connected directly to the day
lights, so that it is easy for us to switch on and off the lights whenever needed or we can use
two to three switches for this process and the switches that we use must be more powerful
than regular switches in order to avoid overload and also the wastage of energy.Solar panels

can be used to draw the the current by using solar energy and then convert it to electrical
energy.

OPERATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

4.1 Recreation
Recreation is the leisure activity which brings us enjoyment in our planet. There is a
recreational center in our settlement. It is in the place of sphere. There are so many funny and
thrilling things like zoo parks, amusement parks etc. some actions and entertainments as
follows below.

Hi-tech space bike racing: - This is game that indicates of which

would do with space vehicles. In this racing the track over a 400m
wide. This is interesting game in the re-creational center, like this
there are so many games like hi tech-plane racing etc. this is the
game with a virtual and reality games like real racing.

Gym world: - we want our body to be fit and healthy because to do

work. So, the gym world will established in our STARLET, it is
located in the bottom ¼ of the sphere and it is very near to the
residential facilities everybody can enter in to that.

Animal parks: - the places where the animals were visualized. This is the type
of parks which the nature born. This is
awesome to see. They are secured by bones.

Theatres:-these are the places where the movies are played.
Daily by every 3 hours. These are hi-technologies in which the images are 9D (9 dimensional)

Auditoriums:- these are the places where the all programs of

STARLET would be celebrated. These are the very large in size which
so can able to perform so many programs comfortably.

Parks: - these are the parks which have more trees and fresh
air. These place is very peace with many beautiful flowers in
the parks and playing items slide, merry go round, etc.. For
kids.

Restaurants and hotels: - these are the places where the people
enjoy, luxury and comfort items. They also provide deluxe and
luxurious rooms for the people of STARLET and they food what
we want.

Echo Robot:-It is a robot by which children play. It can store a little amount of food like
chocolates, biscuits etc.... in snacks box. There is a tool kit for extra batteries, plugs etc.
There
is a power bank to charge the T.V. There is a headphone to listen songs etc...There is a
compressible tray to keep snacks. There is even a speaker. There is a power bank which can
be discarded to charge by a door at the back of the robot. There is a T.V.for watching videos.

4.2 Thrusting section

Thrusting plays an important role in our settlement .when an asteroid or satellites hit our
settlement. It can cause movement in the settlement .There is more risk in life. When that is
moving there are two types of thrusting in our settlement they are:-

 Translator thrusters.
 Circulatory thrusters.

Translator thrusters:-These are the thrusters which are used by escaping the downer of the
settlement. It used to move the STARLET horizontal. It works on the baric of thrusting
engineer’s .It uses 2/4 of the electricity of the solar panels. So, it cables less risk of life.

Circulatory thrusters:-These are thrusters’ which to the potable of a STARLET. These are
construed to the opposite of each other. These play a main role. The thrusting section and our
STARLET.

4.3 Docking section
In all positive situations STARLET provides fixed docking
services. It is used to transport easily from inside to outside
from our STARLET these parts are situated in 8 corners
inside the torus of our STARLET. Making of a docking
sector plays a crucial role in engaged places in our
settlement these parts are used in the import and export of
minerals. It is also used in space survey travels to earth or
any other places
in the space in case of any emergency like damage of the torus, any problem to the people
who work in the mining areas, etcquired… Some docking sections can be made for carrying
heavy products which would be helpful in carrying the tools required for mining.

Air locks: - The air locks are situated inside in our torus. The air locks are suitable at our
dockings. They reduce of air losing.

Work of air locks: - They help in the movement when the people want to go to the other parts
of our settlement. They contain doors, these doors would open automatically when a vehicle is
entering to our planet and the doors does not allow the harmful gases present in the space to
enter into the planet.

4.4 Administration
PREAMBLE:-
We are people of STARLET have somebody resolved to constitute the STARLET into a republic, Democratic and IT.
Secular to treat everyone in a same way. The main aims of this constitution are:-
Planet STARLET is a sovereign body. It can take internal and external matters.
In their public method the head if elected by the people.
We make our constitution with likes of people in a way that every person is treated same.
Every person is treated in a same way there is an inequality in gender, color and creed etc…

The representatives who are elected by the president are changed for every 5 years and the
presidents are changed for every 6 years. People who are at the age of 21 and above would be

electricity is mainly done by solar cells.

Pete cells:-in this type of generation we are using quantum dots solar cells this will absorb the
more energy from sun and store more electricity. This energy can be converted in to
electricity. It contains 3 Pete cells. These cells contains 10 times better than normal cells.

4.7 Transportation
This is very important to our luxury. We want to travel and move from one place to another
place and we have to transport goods from the industrial to market and to our residential
sector. So we divided the transportation into two parts.

• Domestic Transportation
• Outer transportation

 Domestic transportation:
The transportation which occurs in our space colony is called Domestic Transportation.
To make our transportation in a luxurious and comfortable way we have found some
hybrid vehicles.

 Transportation in the space home ship

Glass car:- Harmony will be used by the residents of space home for short-distance
movement It is a three seated vehicle. It moves on 2 wheels each having a separate motor
which works on fuel cells and has a maximum speed this is 20 km/h It has a navigation
control system which takes commands from the user.

• Hybrid Bus: - This bus is used in our domestic transportation. This vehicle is driven by
Robots. It acquires the capacity of 75 members and it can attain 225 m/s. This bus runs
with the help of solar energy.

comfortable and sensational things and gadgets for very rich and royal people to live in the

base only. These are run by the robots. The minerals which are extracted here are transported
to mining base by Hubble.

Uses of abodes:- These abodes are constructed as it is difficult to transport the minerals in
time. So, abodes are helps to mine in there only. Abodes have different sections for different
operations such as mining, purifying etc.
