Application under section 497 Cr.p.c for grant of bail

Respectfully sheweth:

The grounds of the petition are briefly stated as under

1. That the local police has lodged an FIR against the petitioner/ accused with malafide
intention.
2. That the petitioner is the bonafide resident of Danyore tehsil Danyore district Gilgit and
law abiding citizen of the society and is a juvenile.
3. That the alleged section does not attracted in the instant case furthermore the alleged
section does not fall within the ambit of prohibitory clause.
4. That the instant case is highly doubtful and needs further inquiry.
5. That the accused/petitioner is not directly nominated in the FIR.
6. That investigation in the instant case is completed and accused is not required for
investigation..
7. That the petitioner is ready to furnish solvent sureties to the entire satisfaction of this
Hon’ble Court.
8. That further grounds will be agitated at the stage of arguments with the permission of
this Hon’ble Court.

It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to grant bail
to the above named petitioner /accused to meet the ends of justice.
