The argumentative essay, pros and cons of social media, by PerformDigi, illustrates the

issue that social media brings more harm than good to teenagers. The writer is optimistic and
confident that social media can raise awareness of an important reason, but it can also spread
hatred especially among teenagers. This critical analysis will examine the effects of social media
wasting your time, false ideas and unnecessary information.

First and foremost, the writer has given a few arguments. He strongly believes that
teenagers tend to spend more time on social media than having a real social life with other

communication with their family and friends. He refutes the statement by arguing that it is a
difficult task for teenagers to enjoy the little things around them. In the same paragraph, he also
puts forward a counterargument on how average teenagers most to likely busy writing in a tweet
about the little things they did than enjoying them.

I agree with the writer’s opinion that social media brings more harm than good to young
teenagers. I would also add that social media would make
