SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
For marination: For sauce:
Chicken wings ½ Kg. oil 2-3 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp crushed garlic 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp tomato ketchup ½ cup
White pepper powder ½ tsp chilli garlic sauce ½ cup
Red chilli powder ½ tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tsp sesame seeds 2-3 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp honey 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 1 tsp salt to taste
For Batter: coriander leaves for garnish
All purpose flour ½ cup
Corn flour ¼ cup
Rice flour ¼ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
White pepper powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
For frying:
Oil as required
METHOD
Marinate chicken wings with the given ingredients for at least 2 -3 hrs preferably
overnight.
Make a dry batter of all the dry ingredients listed.
Heat oil in a wok. Coat chicken wings generously with the batter and fry them in the oil.
Take them out when light brown colour appears and place them on kitchen towel.
In a wok, heat 2-3 tbsp oil, add crushed garlic. Saute a bit then add ketcup , chilli garlic ,
chilli powder and salt. Cook for few minutes.
Now add honey and sesame seeds .
Toss the wings in the sauce when u get the required consistency. You may add some
water in the sauce if its very thick.
Dish out in the platter .
Garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
