How to Default the Upload and Download

Introduction

There are a lot of users who Logs into SAP to download data in Excel or some Format. SAP By default
has a file path pointing to SAP Gui which we change to desired folder. By Following this path you can
change that Default File Location and it will Save you some Clicks while Uploading and Downloading
Data from and Into SAP.

Solution

Current Scenario I am downloading Data from FBL1N Tcode

Select the Type

Below is the Default Path System Proposes

Now we go to SU3 Tcode and maintain Parameter id GR8 with File Location you want

Wala now it has changed after Saving the File Path

For Upload File Location go to SU3 Tcode and maintain Parameter id GR9 with File Location
