End-User Declaration Letter

The letter confirms that goods imported under an import certificate by an end-user are for their own use. It lists the end-user details, product details and quantity being imported. The end-user agrees to comply with the terms of the import certificate and inform the importer and customs of any changes to ownership or address of the goods within 14 days. The letter is signed and dated by an authorized representative of at least managerial level at the end-user company.
