Sri Rajasekhar S/O Sreeramulu Kota for construction of 4-Lane
corridor- Award passed - ARBITRATION - requested - regarding.

Ref: 1. Rc.A1/315/2018 P-II-Chillakur(M)-Udathavaripalem(V).
2. Notice as per Section 3-E(1) &3-H() of National Highways Act 1956 for
handing over possession of acquired land

I would like to submit that In reference cited above Award has been made to
an extent of Rs. 1,74,678/- towards compensation payable for acquisition of an
extent of 323.756 Sq.Mtrs pertaining to me has been acquired and Award Passed @
Rs.203/- per Sq.Metre.

The land rates In the above said survey numbers at the above said site are
varying from RS 550/- to Rs. 700/- per SQ.Metre as per local rate.
Hence I request the respected District Magistrate/District Collector, Tirupathi to
kindly appoint an arbitrator and do the needful and to see that the compensation
may be enhanced to Rs.550/- Sq.Metre, as per market value, to avoid hardship to
us.
