Increasingly, the nation is becoming modern. Technology advancements have signaled the beginning
of a new era for humanity by making us more advanced, intelligent, and practical. However,
technology has advantages and disadvantages consequences on our lives. Firstly, it’s positivity. The
advent of technological devices help people solve problems quickly and effectively. The most
advanced inventions are smartphones, laptops, refrigerators, air conditioners,etc. We can entertain
ourselves, conduct business, make payments and stay in touch with one another thanks to our
phones. Our lives have grown completely dependent on our smartphones. Additionally, refrigerators
provide a lot of advantages for us. It enables us to keep food fresh and nutrient-rich for an extended
period of time. With a busy family, the refrigerator allows you to avoid having to prepare food every
day and saves you time when you go to the market. To keep food, meat and fish fresh at all times,
freeze it. In addition to the advantages, there are disvantages. Technology makes us lazier because
these technologies handle everything for us. People who frequently use their phones before bed
develop bad habits that make it difficult to break them, which interferes with our ability to sleep.
Not only sleep but also health is greatly affected by technology as rick of cancer, depression,
psychological instability and memory loss, etc. This demonstrates how the advancement of
technology has changed individuals in profound ways. But it also brings people many unnecessary
