21. The Winning Bidder for shall provide the following:
b. Ten (10) Hemodialysis Chair, brand new with additional Two (2) brand new units for back-up.
c. Twelve (12) Hemodialysis Machine, brand new with additional Two (2) brand new units for back
up.
d. Two (2) Reprocessing Machine and Two (2) Manual Reprocessing Machine with at least four (4)
stations
e. Shall be able to attend, troubleshoot, fix or replace the dialysis equipment within twenty-four (24)
hours after due notice of breakdown.
f. Pipeline Disinfection Monthly.
g. Every Two Weeks Change of Bacterial Filters.
h. Every week change of Sediment Filters.
i. Yearly Change of Membrane or as need arises.
j. Filter and Membrane will be provided by the winning bidder.
k. Industrial Salt (12.5kg/sack) – 300 sacks for 1 year.
l. Citric Acid/kilogram – 500 kilograms for 1 year.
m. Since time is of essence, the winning bidder undertakes to install all the hemodialysis
machines/equipment within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
n. Updates/Trainings of Hemodialysis Staff (all Expenses Paid), for atleast three (3) HD Staff.
