REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, on ___________________, I, _________________, Filipino, of legal age,

single, and owner of ____________________., with business address at _____________________,
by virtue of a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) of even date, have named, constituted, and
appointed ____________________, Filipino, of legal age, married, and with office address at
____________________________, as my attorney-in-fact, to do the following acts or deeds:

1. To be my duly authorized representative to transact with

_______________, Inc.,, concerning the pre-termination of the Contract of
Lease over my existing office space for the above-mentioned office space, or
negotiate for a lower rental amount, or transfer to a different office space for
the above-mentioned business enterprises, to negotiate, settle, enter into, sign
for, and deliver compromise agreements and other pertinent legal documents,
and make necessary payments with said corporation involving rental fees,
advance rental fees, security deposits, and the like.

2. To sell and dispose of all my personal belongings found at said office at

the ____________________, including, but not limited to, the office equipment,
furniture, computers, copier, office tables and chair, conference tables and
chairs at whatever price that my attorney-in-fact may deem fair and
reasonable, including the power to accept lump-sum cash payments, and
installment payments or its variations.

3. To transact with, apply, sign for, and deliver on my behalf any written
request and other pertinent documents for the termination of the
______________internet connection at said office, to negotiate, settle, enter
into, sign for, and deliver compromise agreements and other pertinent legal
documents, make necessary payments with said corporation involving any
outstanding balance, and to request for and receive refund, if any, of security
deposits.

4. To transact with, apply, sign for, and deliver on my behalf, negotiate,

settle, enter into, sign for, and deliver compromise agreements and other
pertinent legal documents with the pertinent government offices enumerated
in said SPA.

5. To represent me and act as my legal counsel in all pending and future

legal cases concerning ___________________ and other powers enumerated
and granted in the SPA.

6. To hire and terminate employees for said businesses and sign for,
execute, and deliver quitclaims, waivers, compromise agreements, show cause
memorandum and the like.

7. To manage or administer, file the necessary amendments to the Articles

of Incorporation and other registration documents, permits and licenses, or
dissolve, wind up, and liquidate the affairs of ______________, including the
power to sign for and deliver any legal document.

 8. Full power and authority to perform all and every act requisite or
necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full
powers of substitution.

WHEREAS, the reason for the issuance of this SPA in favor of _________________ is no
longer existent and relevant at this point in time and, as such, I am now fully capable of
exercising all the above powers enumerated and am in possession of sufficient discretion to
decide whether or not to pursue the above mentioned courses of action.

WHEREAS, said SPA no longer serves any purpose.

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of these presents I, __________________, hereby

REVOKE, ANNUL and VOID the said SPA and all powers and authority therein
